In general, Tuesdays won't work for me. This one in particular is
impossible.

So, comments before:
   Thursdays preferred as a meeting date
   Beer and food availability would be good
   18:30 is a HORRIBLE time to commute in the area.  19:30 would
      give people the option of dinner or eat beforehand as well as
      provide time for further away people to commute.
