[Semibug] Planning meeting place and time

Changing the initial meeting is kind of difficult because of time
constraints. We run up against MUG this week and livbug next week, and
then head into Thanksgiving.

And I had received a few notes saying people would be there and that
they'd arranged child care, so I'm loathe to change this one.

Once the survey is done I'll collate the results and we'll see what
happens.
