There are no binary packages for 9.1-RELEASE, and the 9-STABLE packages
are very old. Mixing (up-to-date) ports and (severely outdated) packages
will cause breakage. The binary packages are also unsigned, vulnerable to
MITM attacks and NEVER updated - even for security flaws. You should be
using ports for everything.
